Instead of letting others tell you that your over concern with your weight is merely a figment of your imagination, let the numbers be the judge. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person’s weight and height and is a reliable indicator of body fatness for both adult men and women. I found this website that let’s you enter your information and it will tell you whether you are underweight, overweight, or normal for your dimensions. So if you’re feeling a little down and out after you get your BMI report back, pick up some Akavar and head to the gym.

At the end of February, we wrote a post about how 65% of all Americans are overweight. This is a terrifying number. But here are some more numbers and stats (from the National Center for Health) that are found within that 65%:
- In the United States alone, approximately 3.8 million people are over 300 pounds.
- over 400,000 Americans (mostly males) are 400 pounds or heavier.
- Childhood obesity has tripled in just twenty years.
- The U.S. Surgeon General Report declared that they estimated 300,000 deaths every year are caused from obesity.
Many Americans have lost control of their lives are spiraling out of control. The fact of the matter is that when someone is overweight, there are at a higher risk level for health issues (diabetes, for one). There are many ways to combat this plague of obesity. A healthy lifestyle is a must (eating right and exercising). This is where Akavar 20/50 can help. For many, this will be that kick start they need to make it to their fitness goals; for others, it helps them maintain their current fitness and health levels. Life has been cut short for many because of complications from obesity; let’s do something about it.

It’s no secret that there is a vast amount of controversy and debate surrounding the use of weight loss supplements when it comes to weight loss. And a substantial portion of it seems to be unfounded or at the very least, biased. Search the web for virtually any supplement and you’ll find deprecating and negative reviews, posts, and comments, labeling many, including Akavar 20/50, as nothing more than scams and fraudulent products that prey on the hopeless and overweight.
What is interesting is that many of the user reviews are written by individuals who never claimed to have taken the supplement or only used it for a few days, certainly not enough time to realize the potential of the supplement. But even aside from that, people fail to understand what an effective tool a weight loss supplement can be in the battle of long-term weight loss. While it may not produce the miracle results for every single overweight individual, it can be the jumpstart needed to sustain long-term weight loss. Using a weight loss supplement to lose those first few pounds can work as a great motivator to adopt a healthier lifestyle, get in shape for good, and keep those pounds off. If you are looking for effective long-term weight loss, consider utilizing a weight loss supplement to kick-start your new and improved body.

Overweight and obese individuals account for nearly 65% of the American population. As a result, overweight and obesity has become a public health risk, costing the general public nearly $117 billion (for medical expenditures, medications, lost wages, premature death, etc). Experts say that obesity poses just as big of a risk as poverty, smoking, and drinking and overweight and obesity account for more than 300,000 deaths every year in the United States.
A steep increase in the consumption of fast food and prepared foods coupled with a lack of exercise and an apathetic lifestyle are said to the culprits of such a widespread epidemic. Yet, despite the known serious health risks associated with being overweight, that 65% is a rapidly increasing number. Obesity results in an increased risk of diabetes, stroke, heart disease, liver disease, even certain types of cancer; yet Americans continue to ignore such warnings.
Whether or not you begin taking Akavar, you should employ some kind of “healthy lifestyle” regardless if you are overweight or not. Reduce your risk of weight-related diseases and enjoy a much more healthy, active life. From eating better to exercising better, we all have room for improvement. Akavar can function as a jump-start tool to help you get on the path to a fitter, better, healthier you.

While this blog is generally reserved for factual information on Akavar, I’d like to branch out and share a recent personal experience.
Like so many others out there, I’ve found that I have far too much candy, chocolate and sweets in the house for my own good. The interesting thing is that over the holiday’s I ate about as much as usual, but I haven’t seen the weight gain that I did in past years. It’s now the 8th of January and I don’t feel as sluggish as I anticipated. I’m thoroughly convinced that it’s because I continued to take Akavar throughout the holiday season. My metabolism and energy have been up, and I still look like I’d like to. Keep in mind that I’m not advocating eating irresponsibly…it’s just that Akavar has helped me overcome the typical calorie surplus that accompanies the season.
Here’s to a healthy and fit 2008, best wishes to all!

Check out this map…it shows The US’s Top Ten fattest states, 2007. When you click on a state marker it shows the percentage of individuals that are overweight. Notice a geographical trend?

Great question. One of our readers pointed out that it’s available at GNC. Also, it was just announced yesterday that WalMart will be selling Akavar 2050 as well.
