- Replace your daily soda or energy drink with water. Hard to believe but good ol’ H2O will give you more energy and keep you hydrated better than those other drinks.

Should I Take Akavar if I am Sensitive to Caffeine?

Akavar contains a strong xanthine (caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) so if you are sensitive to the effects of caffeine, start by taking only 1 capsule per day. Make sure you limit your caffeine from other medications, food, or drinks and do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
