i AM VERY SWENSWWITIVE TO CAFFIENE AND STIMULANTS, THEY KEEP ME UP ALL NIGHT. DOES AKAVAR CONTAIN EITHERM OF THESE AND DOES IT CONTAIN ANYTHING THAT WOULDM CAUSE JITTERS?

Hey Jennifer!
Akavar comes with the following warning:
“For persons sensitive to the effects of xanthines (i.e. caffeine-like stimulants), start by taking only 1 capsule and do not exceed a total of two capsules per day.”
Because of Akavar’s natural caffeine, it can cause some jitters. But soon after I started taking it, my body quickly became accustomed to it. If you try it, just go slow!

The other diet pills that I’ve taken have 3-4 coffee’s in each pill. And you’re supposed to take 2-3 each day. That’s majorly bad for your heart and your body. What about Akavar? How does it make you lose weight and does it KEEP off the weight? I’ve read the other bullentins/questions and they say that you have to continue dieting/excerising to keep it off - or you have to keep taking the pills. And I know you have to be over the age of 18 to take diet pills, but what about people under the age of 18?

AKAVAR WORKS FOR ME!!!! I AM SO TIRED OF THESE STUPID QUESTIONS IF IT DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU THEN DONT TAKE IT. YES IT HAS CAFFINE!!! MOSTLY ALL DIET PILLS DO. I LOVE HOW AKAVAR MAKES ME FEEL. I SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT AND I HAVE MORE ENERGY IN THE DAY TIME. I WOULD RECOMEND AKAVAR TO ANY BODY.

I just bought two bottles recently. I do not feel the effects of the caffeine at all. But i also drink 5 cups of coffee a day. I have lost three pounds in two weeks. So i would have to say, so far it works.
f you are not a caffeine drinker you will probably feel the effects. but you can start out with one pill instead of two.
