I have only taken two AKAVAR pills and looked up all these websites on the internet. There is the one positive website. After the positive website, there are so many negative ones that it does not seem to counteract. Law suits. I’ve only taken two pills and I noticed my heart rate speeding up and could feel my heart beating harder. I am on medication. I take Prozac, Xanax, and Inderdol (the genric ones). I have low blood pressure of 80/60. I’ve put on 20 pounds since I started taking these medications last year.
Do you think this is a problem?

Carabeara: In regards to the negative press–many companies that own their own weight loss pills speak poorly of their competitors. Akavar is slandered because it’s performing well worldwide. About the health issues: On the Akavar bottle it clearly states: “Consult your physician if you are sensitive to stimulants.” I’d recommend this course of action if you’re concerned.

Punkin: Akavar may not work for you. Perhaps try to take the maximum dose (4 pills) before your main meals and drink more water. If you want max results, try exercising as well.

Carabeara why are you even taking these diet pills? In the booklet that comes with the pills they explain that people who have poor health or are taking a mixture of other medication should not take this diet pill. Further more you should consult your physician.

I am 64 and lose weight very quickly on akavar IF I DON’T STUFF MYSELF WITH CHOCOLATES!! LOL
My heart flip flops at first then it stops.
I take xanax and Melatonin every night. I get a little grumpy sometimes from the caffeine in it.
My philosophy is this: if you lose weight fast and don’t drop dead, why not try it? It even keeps me from thinking about food. Obesity can kill too, you know.

I have been taking akavar now for 4 days and I Feel great. I also started working out at a gym so I am not really losing much weight cause I am gaining more muscle, but I am staying around the same weight of 125. I do feel alot thinner though around the mid section. I actually feel thinner when Eat more Cause I feel that the more you Eat the more Calories AND FAT AKAVAR TAKES AWAY. Also I sleep alot better and have more energy. I cant wait to see my body this summer. I will tell every body to at least try AKAVAR and see if it works for them. THANK YOU AKAVAR!!!!! I have started taking the pills before lunch and dinner and I get a nauseating feeling in my stomach a little after an hr taking them. I eat my regular meal, and i work out 3x a week..is this going to happen every time i take them?
I havent seen any change yet..obviously, but other than a little sick feeling, i feel fine! cant wait to see results! have told everyone about them

i just got akavar today, and im 15 years old, 6 foot, 210 pounds, and i want to loose about 20 or 30 pounds. i wanted to know how much weight you loose with one bottle. i also have had less thought of eating.
