While this blog is generally reserved for factual information on Akavar, I’d like to branch out and share a recent personal experience.
Like so many others out there, I’ve found that I have far too much candy, chocolate and sweets in the house for my own good. The interesting thing is that over the holiday’s I ate about as much as usual, but I haven’t seen the weight gain that I did in past years. It’s now the 8th of January and I don’t feel as sluggish as I anticipated. I’m thoroughly convinced that it’s because I continued to take Akavar throughout the holiday season. My metabolism and energy have been up, and I still look like I’d like to. Keep in mind that I’m not advocating eating irresponsibly…it’s just that Akavar has helped me overcome the typical calorie surplus that accompanies the season.
Here’s to a healthy and fit 2008, best wishes to all!

Check out this map…it shows The US’s Top Ten fattest states, 2007. When you click on a state marker it shows the percentage of individuals that are overweight. Notice a geographical trend?
Be sure to Digg this map if you think it’s cool! To Digg this map, click here.

There are a bunch of imitators, but this link will take you to the official Akavar 20/50 website.

Great question. One of our readers pointed out that it’s available at GNC. Also, it was just announced yesterday that WalMart will be selling Akavar 2050 as well.

Yes! Akavar works well for those looking to lose only 10-15 pounds, or those looking to lose more. This weight loss supplement isn’t made only for one type of weight loss, or one type of person. It works well for everyone because it allows you to eat whatever you want, but helps you lose weight. Basically, it helps curb your hunger so you want to eat less, which is great, because you really can eat all you want.
One thing to keep in mind - Akavar is a great weight loss supplement, however, there may be the rare individual that it doesn’t work for. The makers of Akavar 2050 do offer a money back guarantee, so if it’s not working for you, be sure to contact them and get your money back. That’s one great thing about this product - there really isn’t any risk to try it.

If you stop taking Akavar and revert back to your old eating habits, the weight will probably come back. It’s advisable to have a healthy eating and exercise program in place so you can maintain your weight loss. Akavar is meant to help you lose weight quickly and safely, however, once you stop taking it, it’s up to you to keep the weight off.

You can take Akavar until you reach your desired weight loss goal. It is advisable to add healthy eating and exercise to your diet plan, although it’s not required for you to lose weight. Eating healthy and exercising will help you maintain your desired weight once you have reached it and have stopped taking Akavar.

As of yesterday, Monday August 13, 2007, Akavar 2050 became available at WalMart. You still can enjoy the benefits of the 30 day guarantee, so you can try Akavar risk free. I don’t know if WalMart is offering the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion that Akavar’s website is offering, but it’s really convenient to be able to buy it at WalMart.

This is a great question. The effects of Akavar have been weight loss, however, I don’t have information on any negative side effects, or long term side effects. When I do get that, however, I will be sure to post it here.
